Project Management

Managed by Maya offers a full Project Management service. We have a qualified and experienced team who are able to take your property under their control, from the time you have completed purchase to the time it is ready for rental. This includes,

• Single point of contact for you to work with until the property is ready for rental
• Initial inspection report
• Proposal for reform works, furnishings, deep clean etc and related estimates
• Contracting all suppliers and managing them for whichever task (ie  builders, electricians,  cleaners, deliveries, furnishing)
• Weekly progress reports and photos
• Risk Management
• Expectation Management
• Budget control ensuring you are aware of all expenditure and approve it before purchases are made
• Interior Design and personal shopper enabling the property to be furnished with style
• Photography (professional photographs required for listings)
• Inventory
• Communication with client throughout the process until your property is listed
