Delightful three-bed and three-bath apartment in a perfect location on the Costa Del Sol, providing easy access to Puerto Banus (10 mins walk), Marbella (10 mins drive, or take the boat trip!), San Pedro (5 mins drive), Estepona (15 mins drive) as well as the renowned Andalucian cities, towns and villages

This property has been very tastefully furnished for the owner’s personal use, and is very well equipped with all one would need for a very comfortable, family holiday.

The bright living room has a dining area, a lounge area and a bi-fold door which opens the living room onto one of the properties’ two terraces. This elevated terrace offers arguably the best south facing vistas in the Aldea Blanca complex, overlooking the largest communal pool. It is the perfect spot for alfresco dining whilst admiring the views of the charming gardens, the complexes pools, the sea and the Costa Del Sol’s infamous sunsets.

The kitchen is new, modern and fully equipped. There are three double sized bedrooms. The large master bedroom has a Super King sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. The two guest bedrooms are both provided with twin beds, and each have their own bathroom with shower.

There is also an additional elevated large back terrace, which is ideal for sunbathing. The position of the two terraces means the apartment benefits from having the sun from early in the morning until it sets, when beautiful sunsets can be seen. However both terraces also have the benefit of either a shaded area, or a retractable canopy, if guests prefer some shade.

The property has air-conditioning throughout (hot and cold); plenty of free off road parking; wi-fi, International T.V. channels, blue tooth speaker and 24-hour security.

The pools and gardens are directly accessed down a flight of external steps, without the need to leave the complex or cross any roads. These pools and gardens are renowned as being among the most stunning in the neighbourhood. Directly beneath the apartment lies the huge main communal pool, which is also very conveniently adjoined by two shallow pools, ideal for younger ones (during the summer months the pools are attended by a lifeguard) or for just “cooling off”. The owners have provided a selection of portable sun loungers and sun chairs which can be used at the pool, and / or used on the apartment’s terraces. Beach towels are also provided in the apartment. The environment is charming and peaceful.

The apartment has provision for plenty of free off road parking. Guests with a car will then find the apartment to be the ideal central base to explore the entire Costa Del Sol including the fabulous beaches and water sports, water parks, horse riding, hiking/treking, rafting, tours (wine tasting, tapas tasting) as well as dining out. For guests not hiring a car the local main taxi rank is just 5 mins walk away

However, visitors need not use a car to enjoy the local surroundings. Bars, restaurants and a number of Supermarkets are all “on the door step” within a 3-5 minute walk. So too is the “Centro Plaza” (3 mins walk) with more shops, bars and restaurants and which also hosts the traditional ‘Saturday Market’. Puerto Banus, the harbour, bars and a number of great beaches are all an easy 10 minute walk away. Marbella, San Pedro and Estepona are all a short taxi ride away, as are the many golf courses in the area.

The Aldea Blanca complex, and the apartment itself, are very well suited to families of all ages, groups of couples and golfers. The complex requires that guests are respectful to their neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum after midnight. Guests are able to return to the apartment at whatever time they wish following a night out, but the apartment is not suited for guests looking to ‘party’ late into the night on the terraces of the apartment itself. The owners request that for same sex group bookings, the minimum age is 35 years.

Our apartment is situated in a community which is attractive to families with children , therefore we do not allow any parties, hen/stage parties. Smoking inside the property is strictly not permitted.

This is an ideal holiday rental in the very popular Aldea Blanca (“White Village”) complex – a private and gated community which, with its Andalucian style architecture, beautiful communal gardens and 5 swimming pools, is a quite unique complex on the Costa and sees visitors come back year after year.
