Close to Gibraltar airport and only 45mins drive from Malaga airport it is easy to get to. The property is set in a gated community and has additional security systems to ensure your safety and comfort throughout your stay.
The property is part of a small urbanization and shares a communal pool with its neighbors. The pool can be seen from your balcony.
With its 2 double bedrooms and one twin bed room, 2 bathrooms, a large roof terrace for sunbathing and an off lounge terrace for el fresco dining and outdoors relaxation, you could not ask for more to make your holiday a comfortable and easy one.The master bedroom has its own private romantic terrace for two adding that little extra special moments for your holiday here.
There is a TV with TV box and internet for those moments when you want to catch up with the outside world.
The property is a 5 minute drive from the shops, cafes, bars and beaches that run along the coastline to either Sotogrande, or Duquesa ports. Both lovely places and both very different.
Besides the ports, shops, beautiful beaches, bars restaurants and fun you can also enjoy the Polo matches and excellent Golf in this region.
Tarifa is a 20 minute drive away where you can find magnificent kite surfing or visit the old walled towns. You can also use this location to take a day trip to Tangier in Morocco. The ferry ride is just 25mins and a day return is reasonably priced. Be careful not to return with too many Moroccan rugs. Continue on to Cadiz and enjoy the Moorish influence and history that envelopes this region.
Marbella and the famous Puerto Banus is just a 30 minute drive in the opposite direction. Here you will find a complete different atmosphere. The Old Town of Marbella is beautiful and both Marbella and Puerto Banus have ports which are well worth a visit during your stay.
