Spacious and modern 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms in the heart of Puerto Banus with terrace overlooking Plaza de Antonio Banderas. The apartment is situated on Banus’ 2nd line, so only a 30 second walk to the waterfront and marina! Recently refurbished and stylishly designed, we can host up to 4 guests. One room has a double size bed and 2nd has a pull out double bed. There are 2 bathrooms, one with bath and shower, the other with shower. Each bathroom has a toilet. Large, open plan living, dining and kitchen area where you can relax, dine and cook with everything you’ll need. Smart TV (you can connect to Netflix etc) Wifi Fully equipped kitchen with; Tassimo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine and all the kitchen equipment you’ll need when you’re there. The apartment has brand new AC installed throughout and has a sliding balcony door for fresh air. If you want to stay in the centre of Puerto Banus and are looking for a bright, comfortable, stylish and well equipped place to stay, then this apartment is perfect for you! If you are unfamiliar with the area, Puerto Banus is one of the most exclusive and luxury destinations in Spain and is famous for its yachts, super-cars, trendy clubs and bars, designer shopping and great restaurants. The great thing about Puerto Banus and Marbella is that you have the choice of all of the high end luxury holiday options, as well as some fantastic local places that don’t cost a fortune. There are some cool local cocktail bars, affordable and lovely restaurants, access to the beach in less than 5 mins (walk-able). Shopping and supermarkets all within walking distance! If you have a car and are looking to explore further afield, it’s not too far to visit some of the towns and villages outside of Puerto Banus: Marbella Old town, Rhonda, Mijas, Benahavis, San Pedro, Tarifa. You can also hike around the Istan reservoir or any of the trails around ‘La Concha’ (the mountain behind Marbella). If you’ve got the time, the whole region has such a variety of things to do and see. Getting Around: The nearest airport is Malaga and Banus is approx 40 min by car. You can take a taxi from the airport, this will be approx 80-100 EUR. There is also a bus service (please check the timetable). Once you are in Banus, everything you need is within walking distance, so a car is not essential. If you do bring a car, then parking is something you would need to pre-book (or book when you get there) there are several car parks. We have a car parking space in the next building that we share with another apartment, so if you would like to reserve this, please let us know. There is no extra charge to reserve this car parking space. Please note, we cannot guarantee availability for this parking space as we share it with another apartment.
