Property Inspections

Managed by Maya ensures your property will be inspected on a regular basis by one of our team.

Whether the property is rented out regularly and having regular check in check outs, or not, your property will be on a rota for inspection by our team.

• We advise all owners to have a security alarm fitted, together with a smoke detector, which is connected to the local police and fire brigade.
• Should something happen inside your property at anytime, they will be alerted and so will the Managed by Maya team.
• Everything will be communicated to you and you will be advised of any area in your property that might require some work.
