• Rental properties are listed on multiple channels
• Once a guest confirms to rent your property 20% of that amount will be paid directly to ManagedbyMaya
• There are no one off charges to the property owner for us to list your property
• The property does have to pass the assessment of standards required for us to list your property
• Laundry costs will be expensed to you at the end of each month
• Any parking costs incurred by Managed by Maya due to the position of your property (ie centre of town with no personal parking) will be expensed to you at the end of each month
• Any repairs will be communicated to you separately and treated as ongoing maintenance and repair costs.
