What have we done?

Before we started with furniture replacement, we painted the whole apartment, fitted completely new air conditioning system. As summers are pretty hot in Puerto Banus, It’s very important that AC units works perfectly.

In terms of property layout, we tried to use the space more sufficient. The separate dinning section, which was not used as much,  was converted to a third room. This provides more privacy and guests can enjoy their sleep on double size bed, rather than use a sofa bed. This gave us an opportunity to replace the old sofa bed with nice modern L-Shaped sofa, which fits perfectly and gives a completely different look. The apartment looks more bright, modern and “homey”.
