After the Great 2008 Recession in Spain many properties were left abandoned or unfinished. When the banks released these properties back to the market in 2018 many investors saw an opportunity to develop a home or rental property on the costa del sol.

Managed by Maya have taken unfinished Townhouse with amazing panoramic views of the Mediterranean, Gibraltar and the North African Coastline and turned it into beautiful home for living or rent.

What have we done?

• We stripped out the kitchen and fitted work surfaces and installed new appliances to make this a modern kitchen to be proud of.  
• A total refurbishment of a basement bathroom included totally gutting, renewing pipework, extending the space and renewing the whole room with new state of the art sanitary system, shower and  storage units. 
• We took an empty room and created a modern utility room with boiler, washing machine, dryer and storage facilities 
• A full painting and decorating of a property from top to bottom
• Taking a basic garden area and turning it into an amazing extension of the property. We made an imitation wooden  patio, regenerated the landscape, brought the grass back to life and installed new fencing 
• We assessed the current electricity installation and renewed wiring to meet new compliance standards
• We replaced all outdated doors with nice modern white doors, as well as wardrobes
• Master bathroom was modernised by new vanity with double sink, new glass walk-in shower
• All bathroom were upgraded with new vanity, toilet basins, faucets

Selecting the right funishing and finishes are our speciality. We turn your spaces into wow spaces. All interior design is priory communicated with a property owner. Based on his comments and wishes, we create a 3-D and once is approved, we proceed.
