What have we done?

We stripped out the kitchen and fitted work surfaces and installed new appliances to make this a modern kitchen to be proud of.
We maximised the living space and turned a small room into a larger, more homely spacious area by extending onto the terrace. This included removing walls, extending the terrace and brought the area to life with more natural lighting.
A total refurbishment of a basement bathroom included totally gutting, renewing pipework, extending the space and renewing the whole room with new state of the art sanitary system, shower and storage units.
We took an empty room and created a modern utility room with boiler, washing machine, dryer and storage facilities
A full painting and decorating of a property from top to bottom
Taking a basic garden area and turning it into an amazing extension of the property. We made an imitation wooden patio, regenerated the landscape, brought the grass back to life and installed new fencing
We assessed the current electricity installation and renewed wiring to meet new compliance standards
